A vessel, reportedly unlit and travelling at high speed, was observed on the River Thames near Isle of Dogs on Tuesday night. Emanuele Biasiol filmed the unidentified object creating a significant wash before contacting police. The Met’s terrorism squad has since sought further information.
Two Latvian men, aged 36 and 32, were arrested at RAF Molesworth in Cambridgeshire on suspicion of entering a prohibited area for a purpose prejudicial to the UK.
