Finland has a large number of associations where people can do hobbies together — everything from yoga to pottery classes. He said that it’s inexpensive to join these associations and further allows people to learn new things.

But significantly, it has a great work-life balance.

A shooting at a school in Finland has killed one child and seriously injured two others. All three victims of the shooting are 12 years old, and the suspected shooter is also 12. He initially fled the scene but was later apprehended.

A shooting at a school in the city of Vantaa in Finland has left three children wounded, according to police. Authorities say they responded to the incident at Viertola school just after 09:00 (06:00 GMT) on Tuesday and have urged locals to remain indoors. 

Finland’s former conservative Prime Minister, Alexander Stubb, has won the presidential election held on Sunday, according to final results.

Stubb secured 51.6% of the vote, defeating his Green Party rival, Pekka Haavisto, the former foreign minister, who had 48.4%. Haavisto has conceded defeat.

This election marks Finland’s first since joining the NATO military alliance.
