Brexit is the withdrawal of the UK from the EU and EAEC on 31 January 2020, after 47 years of membership.
Currently, it continues to participate in the European Union Customs Union and European Single Market during a transition period that will end on 31 December 2020. Before the end of the transition period, the UK and the EU are attempting to reach a Brexit deal.
