Three teenagers received youth rehabilitation orders after being convicted of raping two girls in separate incidents near Fordingbridge, Hampshire. The court noted the boys’ diagnoses of ADHD and low IQs, opting against custodial sentences to support their reintegration into society. A restraining order was imposed against the defendants.
