Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) has been left in turmoil after ex-lover Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) ran off with their son Reuben in Emmerdale, but could he be close to tracking her down?
Chloe was left heartbroken when Mack revealed that he was dumping her to go back to a life with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) who, for some reason, was willing to take him back despite the fact that he got another woman pregnant and lied about it for months.
Devastated by his betrayal, Chloe planned to get her own back, and decided to flee the village with Reuben in tow as an act of revenge, leaving Mack unsure of whether or not he’d ever see his son again.
However, in recent scenes, Mack got a lead on Chloe’s whereabouts after a conversation with Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano), who’s girlfriend Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) knew exactly where Chloe was hiding.

Amy had known about Chloe’s plan all along, and has since kept her location a secret.
However, after Matty revealed to Mack that Amy knew where she was, Mack came up with a plan to follow her on her next visit to see her sister.
Charity was totally on board with this plan and agreed to accompany him, and in a new spoiler video they get their mission underway.

However, when Amy and Matty get stuck at some traffic lights, the cars behind them start causing a commotion, leading Matty to turn around and try to figure out what the problem is.
When he spots Mack and Charity a few cars back, he starts acting shifty, prompting Amy to turn round and see them for herself.

Having already warned Matty that his loyalty should lie with Chloe and not his family, Amy is furious to realise that he must have let something slip.
With Amy and Matty now aware of Mack’s plan, will he be successful, or will they intervene and ruin his chances of ever finding his son?
