Brooklyn Beckham rocked up to this year’s Met Gala with his wife Nicola Peltz on Monday, and not only did the lovebirds both opt for Valentino looks, but they even indulged in some red carpet PDA.
And not just any old PDA. At one point while posing for photographers, budding chef Brooklyn, 24, was seen smooching his 28-year-old wife’s neck and it was all a bit Edward Cullen.
The exclusive bash draws some of the biggest names in Hollywood and beyond and acts as an annual fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City.
This year’s theme was announced as Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty, with Dua Lipa, Michaela Coel, Roger Federer and Penelope Cruz serving as co-chairs beside the host, Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
While actress Nicola wore a ruched white Valentino gown complete with a chic black choker, Brooklyn opted for an all-black suit layered over a sheer blouse.
Speaking to Vogue at the blockbuster bash, Nicola raved about both the Met and Karl.

‘We’re so excited to be here,’ she shared, adding: ‘[Karl] is such a legend.
‘Honestly, I’m so excited to see everyone interpret his legacy that he left behind and do it in their own way.’
Other than Brooklyn and Nicola, the likes of Emily Ratajkowski and Rita Ora led the famous faces arriving at the Met Gala 2023 red carpet to celebrate the ‘first Monday in May’.

Rita was among the first arrivals and wore a stunning black, off-the-shoulder gown with sheer panels and floral detailing, complete with a long train.
It was also date night for the Poison singer as husband Taika Waititi came along to the ball, and also on theme in a long, light grey jacket, paired with white trousers.
Meanwhile, EmRata opted for a cream floor-length dress for the event, with a bejewelled pattern and ruffled skirt.
