Boris Johnson ‘planning full summer reshuffle’ after criticism of ‘the shuffle’
The Metro says Boris Johnson’s mini reshuffle is just a teaser of a far more significant shake-up of his top team this summer, reports say.
If the Prime Minister remains in power long enough, he wants a full overhaul of his cabinet to bring his top team up to speed ahead of the 2024 election.
But according to The Times, Mr Johnson is weighing up bringing the national poll forward by a year and says he will not resign even if police fine him over lockdown-breaking parties in Number 10.
A government source told the paper: ‘It will be the team he wants for the run-in.’
