Bill Cosby released from prison as sexual assault conviction thrown out ‘on procedural technicality’
The i says US actor Bill Cosby has been released from prison after his conviction over a sexual assault was been overturned by a Pennsylvania court.
The former Cosby Show star, 83, has been in prison since 2018 on charges of aggravated indecent assault over a 2004 encounter with Temple University sports administrator Andrea Constand, who he was convicted of drugging and molesting at his suburban Philadelphia home.
