Cliff Notes – Beyonce avoids serious injury after major stage blunder

    • During her Cowboy Carter Tour performance at SoFi Stadium, Beyonce narrowly escaped injury when large machinery moved dangerously close to her while she was on stage.
    • Fans expressed concern on social media, noting the potential hazards of the incident and praising her ability to maintain composure throughout the performance.

Beyonce appeared to avoid a serious injury after what looked like a scary stage blunder during one of her performances.

The cultural icon, 43, launched her hugely anticipated Cowboy Carter Tour earlier this week with a sold out performance at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

Fans were captivated by her performance at world-renowned venue, where she will be on stage for five nights.

On Friday, Beyonce performed for nearly three hours in the show, bringing to life songs such as Texas Hold ‘Em and Bodyguard.

She also weaved thematic chapters in throughout including resilience, freedom and heritage.

However, at one point in the show it certainly did not seem to be plain sailing.

Footage posted on TikTok shows the singer looking confused as to where her mark should be.

As the singer performs a tune, two huge gold pieces of machinery suddenly move just inches in front of her face.

Commenting on the social media platform, fans highlighted how potentially dangerous it could have been.

Kendrell wrote: ‘That was the first time I ever saw Beyonce look truly concerned and not try to play it off. Even during the middle of the dance when we could assume she’s in a safe spot she still was looking up.’

Endyathequeen added: ‘This is actually really dangerous, because those robot frames are not controlled, they’re programmed. So without markings one of em could’ve knocked her smooth out.’

Tyrant wrote: ‘I’ve never seen this level of perfectionism, this was too dangerous for her to do without the marking yet she still performed it like it was nothing. Yeah Beyonce has no match fr.’

Ken echoed these comments, saying: ‘This is definitely a mistake that should cost someone their job. She could’ve gotten seriously injured.’

ExplorewithIsaac also said: ‘The fact that she could calculate all of this LIVE in front of thousands of fans and still hit her 8 count and sing. WOW! I work in Live Production and this is an art form.’

Earlier this week, fans loved seeing both of Beyonce’s daughters on stage with her.

Blue Ivy, 13, has stolen the show before from her Grammy-winning mum, but Rumi, seven, has now stepped into the spotlight.

Blue Ivy could be seen strutting into the centre of the stage in a red two-piece, before showing off her incredible moves.

The sight of rarely seen Rumi hugging her mum on stage then reduced fans to tears elsewhere during the show.
