Avril Lavigne and her new flame Tyga absolutely bossed Paris Fashion Week in matching leather outfits following the singer’s shock split from fiancé Mod Sun.
The Sk8r Boy hitmaker seemed to confirm the rumours she was romantically entangled with rapper Tyga as they kissed in public after she parted ways from her musician ex last month.
Tyga and Avril have been spotted together at various Paris Fashion Week events throughout the week, as fans began to speculate about whether there could be a blossoming romance between them.
This time, they stepped out in matching floor-length leather jackets – which screamed power couple – and they appeared to be close as the duo strutted into Y/Project runway side-by-side.
The pair accessorised their all-black outfits with chunky silver necklaces, and both sported some dark shades to complete the look.
Mod Sun – whose real name is Derek Ryan Smith – dropped down on one knee in a romantic display in Paris last year, and although Avril hasn’t spoken out about the split, he has.

The 35-year-old took to social media to express his devastation at parting ways with the 38-year-old icon.
In an emotional post, he wrote: ‘In 1 week my entire life completely changed…I just know there’s a plan for it all. I’ll keep my head up + always listen to my heart, even when it feels broken.
‘Being surrounded by love every night on tour has been an absolute blessing. I have the best friends in the entire world, thanks for always having my back. See you on stage [sic].’

At the time of their engagement, Mod Sun took to Instagram again and penned some sweet words for his then-beau.
He wrote: ‘The day we met I knew you were the one. Together forever til our days are done. I had a dream where I proposed in paris. I pulled out a ring + asked you to wear it. I was on one knee as I looked in your eyes.
‘You’re too beautiful for my words to describe. I grabbed your hand + took one last breath…

‘I said “will you marry me?” + she said “yes”.’ (Ouch!).
The pair met in 2020 and they had allegedly faced issues over the few months preceding their split, according to TMZ.
