Transform Trade charity says British-based companies are among main bringers of cases based on bilateral investment treaties UK companies operating overseas are afforded far greater legal protections than the citizens of the countries they invest in, leading to corporations getting away with human rights and climate change abuses, a report has found. Red Bull have been found guilty of breaching Formula One’s budget cap regulations. Red Bull It  has hit back at the FIA after they were found guilty of breaching the sport’s cost cap in 2021 and have hinted that they will appeal the decision. Christian Horner’s team have confirmed they will consider ‘all the options available to us’ as they reel from the shock of being found guilty.  It had been confident they would avoid any sanction for breaching the cost cap, given their firm belief they had fallen below it however this was quashed by the FIA.
