Kevin Spacey sex assault lawsuit dismissed by US The sexual assault lawsuit bought against actor Kevin Spacey has been dismissed in a New York court. The case was brought by Anthony Rapp, who says Spacey touched him at a party in 1986 when he was aged 14. Rapp, now 50, filed the legal action in September 202 and had been seeking around $40m in damages. Spacey denied the allegations.
