Canada highway crash near Winnipeg leaves at least 15 dead A road crash in Manitoba, Canada has claimed the lives of at least 15 individuals, according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The collision involved a semi-trailer truck and a bus which was mostly carrying elderly passengers. The incident occurred on the Trans-Canada Highway near Carberry, approximately two hours west of Winnipeg.  Emergency response teams and air ambulances swiftly arrived at the scene.
