Storm Babet floods could last for days – officials As Storm Babet lashed the UK over the weekend, the Environment Agency has warned flooding could last days. Across England, 116 flood warnings remain in place – including in the East Midlands and along the River Severn. Iran says girl who collapsed on Tehran metro is ‘brain dead’ Iranian teenager Armita Geravand, 16, who fell into a coma after an alleged altercation with morality police is now considered to be “brain dead,” state media say.
