Ofsted ‘seen as toxic’ and schools should ‘self-evaluate’ instead, says inquiry An inquiry has said Ofsted inspectors should not be in classrooms and the whole system needs “a big change.” The Beyond Ofsted inquiry called for “transformational” alteration to school inspections.  The inquiry is being chaired by former schools minister Lord Jim Knight and funded by the National Education Union. Former OpenAI boss Sam Altman pictured at firm’s HQ amid reports of return Sam Altman, the ex-boss of artificial intelligence firm OpenAI has posted a photo of himself at its HQ, following reports he is set to return after being sacked on Friday. Writing on X (formerly Twitter), Sam Altman is pictured holding a guest ID pass and comments: “First and last time i ever wear one of these”. Far-right outsider Milei wins Argentina presidential run-off election Javier Milei has won Argentina’s presidential run-off poll, according to provisional results. The far-right libertarian has received a call from his rival, Sergio Massa who conceded. Former US President Donald Trump congratulated Milei on his victory, saying “Make Argentina Great Again!”. Argentina is currently struggling with rising inflation and an economy in crisis. Milei’s proposals include detonating the central bank and introducing the US Dollar as the country’s currency. Provisional results showed Milei had nearly 56% of the vote compared with 44% for Massa, with almost 90% of votes counted.
