Mount Marapi: Eleven hikers killed as volcano erupts in Indonesia Indonesia’s Mount Marapi volcano erupted over the weekend, claiming the lives of at least 11 hikers, who were found dead near the crater, rescuers say.  Twelve hikers remain missing and following another smaller eruption the search has been suspended. There were 75 hikers in the area during the main eruption on Sunday – most were safely evacuated.

UK government to back recommendations of Karen Carney-led women’s football review The UK government has announced it will back all the recommendations in the women’s football review led by former England player Karen Carney.
