Premier League hand Everton new two-point deduction over PSR breach Everton have been handed a new two-point deduction by the Premier League for breaking profitability and sustainability rules (PSR). It is the second punishment the Toffees have faced this season, having already been hit with a six-point deduction, which dropped from 10 after an appeal.
