Finland shocked by recent stabbings that police suspect are racially motivated Foreign-born citizens in Oulu, northern Finland, have said they feel unsafe following two stabbings that police suspect may have been racially motivated. Both attacks occurred in Oulu’s main shopping centre within a week. On June 13, a 33-year-old local man, a former member of the banned neo-Nazi group Nordic Resistance Movement, allegedly attacked a 12-year-old boy of foreign heritage and attempted to attack a 14-year-old. Firm fined for selling China-made cars as Italian The Italian government has fined DR Automobiles $6.4 million for allegedly misrepresenting Chinese-made vehicles as Italian-produced. The competition regulator found that DR Automobiles marketed cars under the DR and EVO brands as Italian-made, despite the vehicles being primarily manufactured in China with only minor assembly and finishing in Italy. DR Automobiles, based in southern Italy, assembles low-cost vehicles using components from Chinese car makers Chery, BAIC, and JAC. Storm Alberto claims lives in Mexico and drenches US coast Three people have died in Mexico after Storm Alberto, the first named storm of the North Atlantic hurricane season, made landfall on Thursday. Trump campaign gets $50m boost from single donor Donald Trump’s presidential campaign has received a significant boost with a $50 million donation from conservative billionaire Timothy Mellon, as disclosed in a federal filing on Thursday.
