17-year old boy killed in motorbike crash in Biggin Hill, Southeast London | UK News A 17-year-old boy has died after a motorbike crash in south-east London. An off-duty police officer came across the scene of the accident in Main Road, Biggin Hill, just before midnight on Sunday.
