Some drizzle in places, mainly in the north, but most places staying dry. TONIGHT: Largely cloudy with some drizzle locally. Max Verstappen has been slapped with a five-second time penalty following Lando Norris’ victory in the sprint race at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix in Brazil.
