Former President Trump has won the state of Georgia, Decision Desk HQ projects, flipping the crucial battleground back into his column after narrowly losing the state four years ago.

Kamala Harris has won the Virginia contest, NBC News projects, and secured the state’s 13 Electoral College votes. In 2020, Biden won Virginia with 54% of the vote to Trump’s 44%.

Harris was projected to defeat former President Trump in Hawaii, according to Decision Desk HQ, adding the deep-blue state’s four Electoral College votes to Harris’s column. Hawaii has voted blue in every presidential election since 1988, and it was seen as a safe state for Harris heading into Tuesday’s election.

Donald Trump is projected to win the battleground state of North Carolina, gaining its 16 electoral college votes.

“With incumbent Senator Sherrod Brown defeated in Ohio, Democratic odds of retaining control of the Senate are dwindling. “The party has lost two seats, with a third – Jon Tester in Montana – at great risk.
