Taylor Swift reveals eating disorder and how the press triggered her into starving herself
WTX News reports a new Netflix documentary – Miss Americana – which follows pop star Taylor Swift during a turbulent year in her life, reveals the musician’s struggle to overcome an eating disorder.
Swift opened up saying photographs and comments about her appearance had triggered the condition.
During her 2015 world tour, under-eating left her feeling “like I was going to pass out at the end of a show, or in the middle of it,” Swift said.

Rapper Juice WRLD’s cause of death revealed
FOX News says the 21-year-old rapper Jared A. Higgins known better by stage name Juice WRLD’s cause of death has been revealed.
The rapper died from an accidental overdose of oxycodone and codeine, the Cook Country Medical Examiner’s office said in a statement.
“The Office determined that Higgins died as a result of oxycodone and codeine toxicity,” the medical examiner said. “The manner of death is [an] accident. Higgins was pronounced dead on December 8, 2019, at Advocate Christ Medical Centre in Oak Lawns III.”

OZZY OSBOURNE REVEALS HE HAS PARKINSON’S DISEASE
Sky News reports Ozzy Osbourne has revealed he is battling Parkinson’s Disease.
The Black Sabbath frontman, 71, said he was diagnosed with a form of the condition called PRKN 2 in February last year.
“It’s been terribly challenging for us,” he told Good Morning America.
“I did my last show New Year’s Eve at The Forum. Then I had a bad fall. I had to have surgery on my neck, which screwed all my nerves.”

New Hunger Games story to tell the villain’s origin story
WTX News reports a new Hunger Games novel to be published in May will tell the back story of the villain, President Snow.
Suzanne Collins’s book series is a saga of rebellion and resistance in Panem, a dystopian version of America. The popular series has been turned into a successful film franchise, launching the career of Jennifer Lawerence as heroine Katniss.
The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes will tell the story of a young Snow, set 64 years before the events of The Hunger Games and details the “Dark Days” that led to the failed rebellion in Panem.

Jordan Belfort: Real Wolf of Wallstreet to sue film studio for $300m
BBC News says Jordan Belfort the man who inspired the box-office hit movie The Wolf of Wall Street, is suing the filmmakers for $300m.
The Martin Scorsese oscar-nominated movie was a big hit and Belfort was played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
Belfort says Red Granite Productions lied about being “legitimately funded” when he sold his rights to his story. Red Granite Productions co-founder Riza Aziz was arrested on suspicion of money laundering last year.
The company’s lawyer described Belfort’s lawsuit as “desperate and supremely ironic.”

Actor to stop voicing The Simpsons Apu character
ITV News says actor Hank Azaria has announced he will no longer be voicing Apu in the Simpsons after years of accusations of racism.
Azaria voices other characters on the show. On the decision to stop voicing Apu, he said: “All we know there is I won’t be doing the voice anymore unless there’s some way to transition it or something.
“We all made the decision together… We all agreed on it. We all feel like it’s the right thing and good about it.”
