Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater allegedly went on multiple double dates with their respective partners before they began dating.
It was announced last month that the Thank U, Next singer, 30, reportedly split from her husband, Dalton Gomez, after two years of marriage.
Rumours then quickly began circulating that the star is dating Tony Award-nominated actor and singer Ethan Slater, whom she is appearing alongside in the film adaptation of West End hit Wicked.
Though neither of them has confirmed the relationship publicly, Ethan reportedly filed for divorce from his wife Lilly Jay just weeks ago.
Now, a source has claimed the pair went on numerous double dates with their now ex-partners.
‘Ariana and Dalton went on double dates with Ethan and Lilly several times – and they were seen out by cast members,’ the source said. ‘Lilly and Ethan also met Ariana’s family together, including her mom and her brother,’ the source told The Daily Mail.

They also claimed the pair were ‘so sloppy’ about their romance on the set of Wicked that the majority of the cast was aware they were dating.
‘They were sloppy on set. They were seen being all over each other while he was still supposedly happily married to Lilly,’ the source continued.
‘They were seen making out at a pub in Hampstead, and they were all over each other at Michelle Yeoh’s Oscar party [in March].’
Ariana tied the knot with the real estate broker Dalton, 27, in May 2021, after dating for just over a year.
According to reports, the couple decided to end their marriage after initially separating in January, with the Grammy-winner pictured without her wedding ring while attending the Wimbledon men’s final.

It has been said the couple were working through their problems while Ariana was in London filming for Wicked, however, TMZ reported that they couldn’t save their marriage and have walked away from the relationship while remaining close friends.
It was also revealed Ethan had separated from his wife, whom he began dating in 2012 and married in 2018.
The former couple welcomed their first son, Ezra, in August 2022.
A source claimed that Lilly has been left blindsided by the news, an insider told TMZ later. She is thought to believe that he turned his back on his family for the romance – which the outlet alleges started ‘several months ago’.

‘It’s understandable that emotions are high and it’s hard seeing your ex move on, especially in such a public way, and her friends are trying to protect her,’ another source added to the outlet.
‘But Ari and Ethan are just trying to lay low and be respectful of their exes as they pursue this new relationship.’
Lilly slated Ariana following the split, telling Page Six: ‘[Ariana’s] the story really. Not a girl’s girl. My family is just collateral damage.’
Speaking to DailyMail.com, she added: ‘I am focused on rebuilding a life for our son and rebuilding a life for him.
‘This is what I am trying to do and this is my only focus.’
