Anne-Marie has taken a moment out of her Isle of Wight set to pay tribute to single parents.
The musician had major chart success with 2016 hit Rockabye, along with Clean Bandit and Sean Paul, which tells the story of a single mum promising her child she will do everything to protect him.
While upbeat and a certified chart-topper, Rockabye at its heart is an emotional story – and one that resonated with single parents everywhere.
Anne-Marie took to thes stage at Isle of Wight Festival on Saturday night where she paid a heartfelt tributes to families made up of single parents before breaking into the popular track.
Speaking to the roaring crowd, she dedicated the song ‘to all the single parents out there.

Anne-Marie’s track had a bit of a theme to it, as after belting out ‘Rockabye baby,’ she gave a special performance of Baby Don’t Hurt Me, her new track with David Guetta and Coi Leray, based off the Haddaway song What Is Love?
The musician commanded the stage with ease, performing with chirp and confidence to the massive crowd.
It comes months after going public with rapper Slowthai, confirming their romance via a kiss on a video uploaded to TikTok.

The British rapper appeared in court in Oxford this month as he denied rape charges, after being accused of committing the crime against a woman in 2021.
He had previously denied the charges and said he was ‘confident’ his name will be cleared.
The trial is due to take place next year, with the rapper out on bail until then.
Slowhtai himself is a parent to one child, son Rain, with ex fiancee Kate Kischuk, who they welcomed in 2021.
