Amanda Holden has remained defiant against those who believe she should cover up, hitting back after Andrew Tate tried to shame her.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 52, has been at the centre of hundreds of complaints over the years from viewers who take issue with the outfits she wears on the programme.
Now she’s made clear she’s not taken their criticisms to heart and will instead continue to dress however she pleases.
It comes after she was recently shamed by Tate after sharing a bikini photo online.
The former kickboxer, who is to stand trial on rape and human-trafficking charges, previously wrote: ‘You are a wife and a mother and youre [sic] far past a teenager. There is no need for this post.’
Laughing off the criticism, Amanda said she had been tempted to post the photo with the caption: ‘Kiss my 52-year-old arse.’

She continued: ‘But you just know something like that’s going to go on and on – and in the end, why give him the oxygen?’
When asked if she has plans to dress more modestly, Amanda made clear she won’t be covering up.
‘I will always listen to myself first, because I dress for me – nobody else,’ she said.

‘So, if you do one day see me dressed in a Victorian bathing suit, it’s because everything has dropped to the floor and I’ve decided, today is the day I’m going to start covering up.
‘Honestly, I can’t see that happening any time soon, darling,’ she added when speaking to The Telegraph.
The BGT judge was previously the subject of 235 Ofcom complaints during the 2020 season of the talent show by wearing a deeply plunging gown that some believed was inappropriate for a family show.

Another revealing outfit she wore on the show in 2017 became one of the most complained about TV moments of that year, with 663 viewers contacting the watchdog over it.
Earlier this year Amanda declared she would never ‘fade into the background’ and had every intention to ‘flaunting her bits’ for as long as she can.
She added she would continue to showcase her figure even as her body ages, joking she would ‘scoop up’ her bits when they are ‘drooping to the floor’.
Around the same time, Amanda said she wasn’t too fussed about the trolls, saying the criticisms came from people who ‘have too much time on their hands’.
