There are plenty of astrological transits and events happening this July, which sees us through Cancer season and helps us continue our Saturn Retrograde journey.
Lining up your tasks, priorities and to-do list with the relevant cosmic energy influences is a short-cut to getting a quick and easy boost.

Here are the key dates for your diary, including Full and New Moons and planetary transits – as well as what they mean for you.
July 1 – Neptune Retrograde
This transit lasts until December 6 – a longish retrograde and time to look at reality without the filters, rose-tinted glasses, projections or wishful thinking.
Strip things back to basics. Get the facts. Pressure test unanswered questions. Be rational. When you have a grasp of things you can better handle and improve them.
July 3 – Full Moon in Capricorn
Think about what success and material gain means to you – security, money, recognition, reward, praise, respect?
And how are you doing against these measures? Are you getting what you deserve, are you working on the right things? Reflect and review.
July 10 – Mars in Virgo
This cosmic transit lasts until August 27 and is a useful one, bringing together the ambitious power of Mars with the practical can-do energy of Virgo.
Make s*** happen. Focus on your goals and take tangible, overt steps.
July 11 – Mercury in Leo
This one lasts until July 28 and will bring you great confidence, presence, and an urge to express yourself fully and openly, asking for what you want and deserve, and putting out new ideas and pitches.
It’s a great time to go for that expansion or promotion at work.
July 17 – New Moon in Cancer
Make this a whole week of self care, healing, nurturing and self love. Be good to yourself. Start healthy habits. Bring in healing and energizing practices.
Get a massage. Do some aromatherapy. Get a makeover. Eat well and meal prep. Be a healthy, happy self-carer!
July 22 – Leo season starts
Leo, the lion, ruled by the Sun, Fire element, fixed sign – a sign associated with leadership, promotion, confidence, passion and protective care.
Leo season is bound to be full of drama, action, passion, and play. Focus on your goals and ambitions and make bold moves in their direction. Be passionate in your love life.
July 23 – Venus Retrograde in Leo
This transit Lasts until September 3.
Take an audit of your talents and strengths and whether what you do for a living aligns with what you love doing. It’s hard to be successful if your heart isn’t in your work.
July 28 – Mercury in Virgo
This transit lasts until October 4.
