The back page of the Telegraph leads with an image of Harvey Elliot – who scored a late goal to give Liverpool the win over PSG in last night’s Champions League last 16 match in Paris. The paper reports Liverpool keeper Alisson made a series of incredible saves which inspired Elliot in a ‘smash and grab’ – Liverpool won despite being outplayed for much of the match.
Marcus Smith’s British and Irish Lions hopes have taken a massive blow after he was dropped by England head coach Steve Borthwick, who offered the Harlequins playmaker no assurances about a route back to the starting XV.
