Alice Evans and Ioan Gruffudd’s teenage daughter is seeking a restraining order against him and his girlfriend, Bianca Wallace.
The former couple share two children Ella, 13, and Elsie, eight, and have been embroiled in a a hugely bitter and public divorce since their split in January 2021.
It has now been reported that Ella has filed for a temporary restraining order from her 49-year-old dad and a civil harassment protection from his girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, 29.
Ella is said to have made the request following an incident at The Fantastic Four actor and Wallace’s home in Los Angeles last week.
The orders were filed on May 31 at the Los Angeles Superior Court and the application will be heard on June 23, according to documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
Gruffudd had previously applied for joint custody of Ella and Elsie and asked for visitation rights to see them.

However, in papers seen by MailOnline towards the end of 2022, it was claimed the exes set a meeting for August 31 and attempted to hash out an agreement with the help of a mediator, but ‘no agreement’ was reached.
Gruffudd previously claimed that Evans had been purposefully trying to cut contact between him and their children and had petitioned for their daughters to attend ‘reunification therapy’ Zoom sessions as well as in-person therapy.
In March, charges against Evans were dropped after she pleaded not guilty to violating the restraining order Gruffudd has against her.

She was already banned from mentioning her ex on social media as part of a restraining order granted to him last year.
The actor was granted the order against Evans in the wake of her online attacks against him and Wallace.
Gruffudd had claimed Evans verbally abused him during their 14-year marriage, alleging: ‘Alice made fun of my appearance often, making hair-loss comments and telling me I had “saggy-vagina eyes.”’
Evans and Gruffudd were married in 2007 after meeting on the set of 102 Dalmatians.

Gruffudd spoke about their public divorce for the first time in January, saying: ‘You can’t train for that.’
