    A man was struck by a train at the Lionel-Groulx subway station in Montreal after he was unable to return to the platform. The Société de transport de Montréal confirmed the incident.

    The Société de transport de Montréal is conducting an investigation into the incident at the Lionel-Groulx subway station. As of now, officials have not provided additional information regarding the timeline for the station’s operations to resume.

    The Société de transport de Montréal confirmed the incident at the Lionel-Groulx subway station involved a man who could not return to the platform and was subsequently hit by a train. In response to the incident, the organisation is expected to review safety protocols at subway stations to prevent future occurrences.

    What remains unclear — It is unknown how the man became unable to return to the platform.
