This policy applies to all purchases made through WTX News for news briefing products and subscription services.

Digital Content and Right to Cancel
WTX News provides digital content delivered immediately upon purchase or subscription.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases.
However, by purchasing or accessing WTX News briefings, you agree that:
- Access to digital content begins immediately
- You expressly consent to immediate delivery
- You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access begins as you have consumed a free trial of the product.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are considered final unless you are using a free trial.
Refunds are not provided once access to the digital content has been granted, but partial refunds can be made for annual subscriptions, which are calculated on a quarterly pro-rata basis.
This reflects standard industry practice for digital media and subscription services.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
- Access continues until the end of that period
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical billing errors
All requests are reviewed at WTX News’ discretion.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
