Man Utd told to sign Premier League star who is ‘a mix of Mbeumo and Amad’ | Football

    TL;DR – Two-minute read

Manchester United continued their resurgence under interim manager Michael Carrick, securing victories over key opponents including Manchester City and Arsenal. Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo emerged as pivotal figures during this period. Meanwhile, Louis Saha suggested a potential summer transfer for Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye to strengthen United’s squad, highlighting his impressive performances this season.

Louis Saha believes Manchester United should target Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye during the summer transfer window, as he has established himself as one of the Premier League’s most entertaining players. Saha, a former United forward, made his comments following a series of victories under interim manager Michael Carrick, highlighting the need to enhance the squad with creative talent.

Saha remarked, “Ndiaye, from the moment he signed, he’s been an amazing talent. I would love to see him, maybe at some point at Man Utd, to be honest.” Since Carrick’s appointment, Manchester United has seen a turnaround, securing wins against top teams, which has revitalised the squad, including players like Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo.

Ndiaye’s impressive performances at Everton have caught attention, with Saha noting his skill and work rate. He stated, “He’s a very skillful player. I like Ndiaye’s style. Like Mbeumo, he’s comfortable with the ball.”

Manchester United’s recent draw against West Ham halted their winning streak, yet the team remains optimistic about Champions League qualification. Kobbie Mainoo, a promising academy graduate, has returned to the squad and is set to play a crucial role moving forward, particularly with a potential place in the England squad for the World Cup on the horizon.

Saha expressed confidence in Mainoo’s ability to make an impact, saying, “Especially because he plays for Manchester United. He’s been very impressive.” However, he also urged Mainoo to continue developing his game and increase his goal-scoring.

In summary, Manchester United is focused on enhancing its squad ahead of next season, with discussions surrounding potential signings and rising talents within the team. The club’s next fixture will be pivotal as they aim to secure Champions League football.
