Emily Atack announced her engagement on Friday night with an intimate holiday snap with her boyfriend Dr Alistair Garner.
‘It’s Friday, I’m in love 💍💍💍’ Emily captioned the image of herself cuddled up to her long-term partner in front of a stunning stone home.
The couple looked relaxed and natural, with Alistair looking tanned and top-free, and with Emily wearing a white top and her blonde hair down and unstyled.
Emily, best known for appearing in The Inbetweeners and Rivals, rested her hand on her partner’s chest, showing off her diamond engagement ring to the camera.
The actress beamed at the camera, while Alistair offered a smirk to the camera in the adorably low-key announcement.
The ring looked simple but spectacular with a yellow-gold band and what appeared to be an emerald-cut diamond.

The Inbetweeners alum, 35, is now engaged to Dr Alistair Garner, who is a materials scientist specialising in aerospace and nuclear applications.
It is thought that the couple got together in 2022, with their relationship becoming public in 2023.
In June last year, the couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Barney James.

Emily is currently filming the second season of Rivals, with snaps from the hotly anticipated show emerging online.
In the beloved series based on the Jilly Cooper novel of the same name, Emily plays Sarah Stratton, the wife of a local Rutshire MP, Paul Stratton.
The series saw Sarah sleep with her husband plus have affairs with Rupert Campbell-Black and James Vereker. Which meant her pregnancy revelation at the end of the first series is going to leave her in a bit of a sticky situation come season two.
In an interview with Metro, Emily joked about her various nude scenes – particularly one involving naked tennis- and admitted: ‘Sometimes you do become so relaxed that you are just sometimes sitting there with your knockers out, and you go, “Oh, right, okay, God, I’ve forgotten to put my robe on.”’
She revealed: ‘It ended up being quite a liberating experience, actually.’
