Was this the moment JoJo Siwa decided to end her relationship with Kath Ebbs?
The Celebrity Big Brother star finished third in last night’s finale, with Danny Beard coming second and Corrie’s Jack P. Shepherd ultimately taking the crown to emerge as the winner.
Over the past three weeks, the nation has taken the 21-year-old Karma hitmaker to their hearts, particularly fascinated by her friendship with Love Islander Chris Hughes, who came sixth.
However, their closeness also raised a few eyebrows, with many speculating that they were ‘flirting’, leading to raging discourse online about whether JoJo would still be keen to reunite with her partner once CBB ended.
Alas, it seems not, as Kath broke their silence this weekend, hours after the wrap party, to confirm JoJo had dumped them on Friday night before even getting back to the hotel.
In a video posted on Instagram this afternoon, Kath, whose relationship with JoJo became public in January, admitted to feeling ‘humiliated’ and in a ‘state of shock’ after what happened.

Consequently, CBB fans are looking back to see what the telltale signs of JoJo wanting to put a pin in their romance could’ve been.
Days before the final, the housemates received their letters from home, with JoJo’s in particular leaving her tearful.
While written by her mum, Jessalynn Siwa, it contained a note from Australian native Kath, reading: ‘The most important thing to tell you is a message from Kath, because I know you really miss them the most.
‘Kath’s keen to see you when you get out. I’ve had so much fun with Kath while you were away. We’ve had lots of phone calls and FaceTimes, and they even came to my house to watch the launch of the show.
‘I’m happy you’re making such good friends and happy you have chosen to see the good in everyone in the house.’
Reflecting on the message afterwards, however, JoJo grew tearful while saying she felt ‘confused’ by Kath’s lack of declarations of love or terms of endearment.

She told Jack: ‘I honestly, like, I’m finding myself really analysing that note, and, like, I don’t like it.’
Jack asked: ‘As in, are you trying to find a hidden message or something?’
Talking about reading JoJo’s letter in the Diary Room after being asked to read it out, Chris said: ‘I nearly started crying before I said anything, just where it said, “Dear JoJo.”
‘And it was nice; her partner’s in there, her mum’s in there. Two very important people. It was an honour; it was an honour to read out her letter.’
Later in the Diary Room, JoJo mused: ‘I think I’ve tried to keep myself distracted from missing sweet Kath.
‘I said goodbye to them at the airport, and it was a really hard goodbye. And then they were the last person I talked to before I gave up my phone for the Big Brother house. God, I love that little sucker. I do.’

She continued: ‘I do have beef to pick with them, though; they didn’t even say in the note that they love me. I will not let them live that down.
‘I will say, “Where was my ‘Hi, sweetheart,’ where was my ‘I love you,’ where was my ‘I miss you?’” Like, happy you’re keen to see me when I get out of here, keen to see you as well, but come on, baba, give me a little something-something.’
As the housemates settled down to sleep in the early hours, JoJo also made a cryptic comment suggesting she might have come to a decision regarding her relationship.
When asked by Chris, 32, if she was OK, as he noticed something was off, the internet star told him to ‘give [her] 48 hours’.
While Chris didn’t press her on what that meant, viewers at home figured she might have an announcement to make or an important conversation to have once cameras stopped rolling.
When AJ Odudu quizzed her in her exit interview, JoJo explained that reading her letter made her feel ‘disconnected’, later admitting on Late & Live that the ’48 hours’ comment was innocent.

‘I was feeling very overwhelmed, especially after getting our letters, and I just didn’t know what was in my brain, and I wasn’t feeling alright,’ she said. ‘I was like, give me 48 hours, and I’ll be alright.’
Although it seems that less than 48 hours were required for JoJo to figure out what she wanted to do.
Meanwhile, Chris defended his connection with JoJo, saying in his exit interview: ‘The thing that fascinated me the most about her was not the stuff that she’s done because I was still finding out the stuff she’s done yesterday, but it was what she’s been through as a teenager, and that’s similar to what my ex-girlfriend went through.’
As the audience whooped at the comparison, Chris quickly shut them down.
He added: ‘She’s come through a lot, and she’s just a purely nice person. I’m saying the similarities in their personality and the person they are. From a friendship point of view, of course, I love her. I don’t mind admitting it.’

‘I don’t even know where to begin. I’m filming this in a complete state of shock, which I know is probably distressing and giving, “Go have a sleep”.
‘But I feel so numbed out right now and so disorientated that I feel like the only thing I have to do to place this situation is to finally address it after two weeks of sitting back watching certain things unfold and not being able to get any clarity from the person that it involved.
‘It seems to me I have experienced a version of [love bombing]. Being told I’m the love of someone’s life, being asked to marry them before this social experiment.
‘Being adored throughout behind closed doors. Being hurt by what I saw but wanting to work through it and have a conversation and get clarity.
‘To be met with, yeah, being further humiliated in a weird way. That’s more of a feeling, I don’t know if it’s fact.
‘In the last eight hours I flew here and went to the live show to show up for my partner, and support them in their experience and later on address my feelings of hurt, and work through them. Like all relationships do.
‘But before I could even get back to the hotel I… it’s actually crazy… I went to the afterparty with my now ex, and was dumped in the party.
‘I was told there were confused feelings there and they had realised in the house I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable with.’
