Stacey Solomon fans left ‘bawling’ after dying mother leaves heartbreaking gift

Stacey, 35, broke down in tears during the episode as she helped the Brearley-Baird family declutter their home.

Lynda Brearley-Baird revealed to Stacey that she had terminal cancer and their house had become filled with clutter she and her husband Ben had focused on their stressful situation.

The couple revealed that as their daughter Charlotte is so young, she is unlikely to remember her mother Lynda after she passes.

To leave something behind for her daughter, Lynda revealed that she’s making a memory box filled with letters and notes for Charlotte to read after she’s gone.

Stacey burst into tears and had to walk away from the camera after hearing this emotional story and viewers were also emotional after hearing about this heartbreaking gift.

X reacts – ‘Bawling my eyes out’!

‘Bawling my eyes out. What a beautiful family and Charlotte is just so adorable. #sortyourlifeout,’ woopdeblah on X.

‘Now this is hard making a memory box. Life can be so unfair #sortyourlifeout,’ said Suzy_H14.

‘Doing a memory box for her daughter just in case she doesn’t see her grow up wow sad #sortyourlifeout,’ said hollycarruthers.

‘Charlotte will remember you, Lynda. She absolutely will #SortYourLifeOut,’ said Mabel_Mouse_.

‘@StaceySolomon Just cried with you. What a beautiful family & omg little Charlotte is adorable; she’s a very kind special lady. I’m in bits already. Life is so cruel. Time is a gift #sortyourlifeout,’ said FunnyClareWare.

‘It’s a hard watch this week, but their life will be so much better in a home they can relax in #SortYourLifeOut,’ said lozDunc.

    ‘I feel at peace’

The couple loved their decluttered and redecorated house at the end of the hour-long episode.

‘When my time does come, I’m leaving Ben and Charlotte with this behind, and now we can enjoy it all together,’ said Lynda.

‘I feel at peace because I know that Lynda has now got this,’ Ben said as he explored the rooms that they were now able to use.

‘You’ve changed our lives for the better,’ he told Stacey.
