Jessica Alba has confirmed her divorce from husband Wash Warren after 16 years of marriage.
The Honey actress first met the film producer, 46, on the set of 2004 flick Fantastic Four, and they instantly became close, before they tied the knot in 2008.
The former couple, who share children Honor, Haven and Hayes together, were hit with intense split speculation in recent weeks, after the mom-of-three was spotted without her wedding ring.
Taking to Instagram, the 43-year-old shared a statement with fans, announcing that they had officially gone their separate ways.
‘I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,’ the billionaire businesswoman wrote.
‘I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.
‘We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.’
Jessica turned the comments off the post, which was simply captioned with a heart, while Cash has yet to address their split on his own page.
The Honest Company co-founder met her estranged partner in 2004 when they both worked on Fantastic Four – she starred as Sue Storm while he served as a director’s assistant.
They hit it off immediately, with Jessica unpacking those early days in a video on her YouTube channel, telling him: ‘I fell in love with you from the first moment I saw you.’
Three years later, they got engaged before tying the knot in 2008 – the same year they started their family by welcoming daughter Honor together.
They added to their family with Haven in 2011, and completed their brood with son Hayes in 2017.
Although they kept much of their romance behind closed doors, Jessica previously shared their secret to a happy marriage was their ability to properly communicate with each other.
‘At different times, there were different things that we needed,’ she said in 2021. ‘Around the time I had the kids, it was like, “I need [date night] once a week.”
‘And he’s been like, “I need you to be present on the weekends and not work.” Over-communicating, maybe that’s it.’
‘I don’t think we have a secret at all,’ she vowed, adding: ‘We just have to check each other.’
However, things took a turn at the beginning of the year when Jessica and Cash found themselves plagued by speculation that they had quietly ended things.
In a cryptic New Year post on social media, the Sin City icon penned: ‘Here’s to a colorful past year that was filled with connection, growth, adventures, laughter, peace, sisterhood, transformation, rebirth, joy and so much love.
‘Sending hugs to everyone going through it- cheers to 2025 and even more love to come!’ She wrote in an Instagram caption last week.’
