Mark Wright has shown off his scar after suffering a brutal head wound during his Las Vegas trip.
The 37-year-old reality star turned presenter was in Sin City over the weekend for the Formula One, but had to be rushed to hospital after falling in the bathroom.
‘Another year done, F1 in Vegas, what an experience. I’m coming home with a little scar,’ he revealed in a video in his Instagram Story.
Mark lifted his fringe to show the gruesome injury across his forehead as he sat on a plane on his journey back to the UK and filmed himself explaining the nasty cut.
‘For those that are asking on my Instagram, I fell in the bathroom,’ he said, insisting he ‘wasn’t drunk’ at the time.
‘It was the middle of the night, half asleep,’ he added. ‘Needed a few stitches, but I’m all good, absolutely fine, on my way home to see the wife.’
The former TOWIE star – who is married to Michelle Keegan – thanked F1 and his ‘incredible’ accommodation for his trip away, before revealing he was all set to settle into the festive season.
He said: ‘Now it’s home time, Christmas, and I can’t wait to see my loved ones.’
Mark and Michelle got started early this year, as they transformed their stunning £3.6 million Essex mansion with incredible decorations.
‘It’s that time of year again!! The best time of the year!! Just when you think @4.seasonevents can’t do any better…. Killed it,’ they wrote alongside a video giving fans a tour of the property.
The outside looks like something out of a Christmas film, with fairy lights around each without and along the roof, a giant wreath, Christmas trees above the front door.
Inside, there’s another giant tree with baubles, lights and more, with baubles at the bottom of one side of the spiral staircase and two giant stars on the other.
Michelle could be set for an exciting 2025 and beyond after she’s been named among the favourites to become the next Bond Girl alongside Daniel Craig’s successor after her success in Netflix’s Fool Me Once.
Speaking out on his radio show on Heart FM, the presenter shared his thoughts on Michelle’s chances of getting the job – joking that his wife’s new gig could affect any chances he might have had of stepping into Bond’s shoes himself.
‘If she’s the next Bond girl, it would be totally weird if I’m Bond,’ Wright quipped. ‘I’ll fight her for it. That is my dream shattered of being the next Bond himself!’
He added: ‘When she sits there and reads news that she’s in the running to be the next Bond girl, she’s like ‘nah, no chance. I’m not having it!’ But when you think about it, why not?’
