The Guardian – Starmer at French Armistice Day in show of European solidarity
Sir Keir Starmer will join French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris for the country’s Armistice Day service, reports The Guardian.
The paper says that talks between Starmer and Macron would “reflect on the close bonds between the two countries, many forged and cemented by the sacrifice of British and French soldiers on the frontline”.
