A card left at the scene on Wednesday confirmed their names as Bryonie Gawith, 29, Denisty-mai, nine, Oscar, five and Aubree, one as the family has been pictured. The heartbreaking note read: “To Bryony [sic], Denisty [sic], Oscar + Aubree. Thinking of you at this difficult time. Have fun in heaven. We will miss you.”

While there is no prenuptial agreement in place, it would mean that any earnings the former couple have made would be community property, according to the US outlet, which means the assets would need to be fairly divided.
