England players face UEFA change for Euro 2024 semi-final versus Netherlands
England’s players face a big change in their Euro 2024 semi-final showdown with the Netherlands.
UEFA have decided a new ball will be used for both the Three Lions’ clash with the Oranje and Spain’s match against France. Adidas have revealed a different version of the Fussballliebe will be in play at the semi-final stage of the tournament this midweek and during the final in Berlin on July 14.
The ball, which is silver, features black, red and yellow details in homage to the colours of host nation Germany – eliminated by Spain on Friday. Silver represents the Euro 2024 trophy – the Henri Delaunay Cup to give the trophy its full name – that the four semi-finalists are vying for.
