The Daily Mirror has launched a campaign to save FA Cup replays after it was recently decided they would be scrapped starting from next season.
“Save our cup replays” says the headline, as it launches a campaign to save the replays that “provide vital cash to hard-up lower league clubs”. The tabloid says football figures, politicians and fans are backing the fight against the plan to ditch the replays.
