The UAE is bracing for unstable weather conditions in the coming days, as the National Center of Meteorology has issued a warning. A low surface pressure from the Southwest, along with humid southeasterly winds and an upper air pressure from the Northwest, will bring about changes in the weather pattern.
On Sunday, the forecast predicts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light to moderate rainfall, which may be heavy at times in certain areas, particularly in internal and southern regions.
UAE Weather Forecast from Sunday 14
As the week progresses, the low pressure is expected to deepen, leading to an increase in cloud cover over scattered areas. This will be accompanied by convective clouds, bringing rainfall of varying intensity in waves with lightning and thunder. Hail may also be a possibility in some areas.
By Wednesday, the cloud cover is expected to decrease gradually, with rainfall continuing during the daytime in certain areas, especially in Northern and Eastern regions. Temperatures are also expected to decrease.
Winds are forecasted to be moderate to fresh, ranging from Southeasterly to Northeasterly, becoming Northwesterly and strong at times, particularly with convective clouds. This may lead to blowing dust and sand, reducing visibility and causing potential hazards. Wind speeds are expected to decrease by Wednesday.
