Metro – Forever toxins in our fruit and veg

Metro says toxins that take centuries to break down have been found in fruit, veg and spices in UK stores. The environmental department found residue on more than half of the samples it tested, so the report says, but the levels of chemicals in all were within the amount deemed safe by law.
