Daily Mirror – Yet another victim: Horrifying
The Daily Mirror reports on the fatal dog attack in Essex, in which 68-year-old grandmother Esther Martin died.
The paper calls Esther Martin “yet another victim” and adds that she was attacked while visiting her grandson after trying to stop puppies fighting. Her 11-year-old grandson was present at the incident. He ran terrified from the house in Jaywick as the attack happened.
Separately on the front page, the paper asks “where does it all end?” as new strikes by the US and UK target sites in Yemen.
