Financial Times – Surging stock prices propel top-tier hedge funds to best profits on record 

The Financial Times says the world’s most successful hedge funds made their biggest profits in more than a decade last year as bets on stock markets paid off when share prices surged. 

The FT reports research showing the top 20 fund managers made profits for investors of $67bn (£53bn), up from the previous record of $65bn set in 2021.
