Max Bowden will be leaving EastEnders in the spring.
The 28 year old has played Ben Mitchell for four years, but his time on Albert Square will come to an end in 2024.
An EastEnders spokesperson confirmed yesterday to The Sun, as they said: ‘Max will be leaving EastEnders next year. We wish him all the best for the future.’
Max’s character has been played by a few people over the years, so it is not thought Ben will be killed off in the actor’s departure.
