Joe Sugg has taken being thrifty to a whole new level with his Christmas tree.
The YouTube sensation, 32, lives with his girlfriend and Strictly star Dianne Buswell, 34, and has revealed that he bought their tree way before anyone else is even thinking about Christmas.
While most of us were making the most of our summer holidays, back in June Joe was looking ahead. Way ahead.
‘I bought my Christmas tree back in June because I’m that sort of person and because it’s so much cheaper to buy a Christmas tree then,’ he told Digital Spy.
‘I just wanted to get the fake one with the lights already in it, just for ease, get it out the loft – job’s a good’en.’
And to be fair, earlier this month Dianne posted a picture of said tree and a ‘good’en’ it is. Well done, Joe.

Joe and Dianne won’t be spending Christmas day at home though with the pair heading to Australia to spend the holidays with Dianne’s father who is undergoing chemotherapy.
The dancer has been holding his hand and taking him to treatments while she’s been at home.
Dianne recently shared a video with her dad Mark at hospital, linking arm in arm and staying in the best sprits they could under the tough circumstances.

She captioned the post: ‘Round 3. Proud of you dad. Always with a positive mind frame and smile on your face.’
The couple set off Down Under almost immediately after the Strictly final, which saw Dianne compete with Bobby Brazier.
Despite proving to be massively popular with fans, they eventually lost out to Coronation Street star Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola.
