Congratulations are in order for Demi Lovato, who is engaged!
The Confident hitmaker, 31, is set to tie the knot with songwriter Jordan ‘Jutes’ Lutes, also 31.
Demi and Jutes went public with their romance in August 2022, with a source saying at the time that ‘it’s a really happy and healthy relationship’ and ‘he’s a super great guy.’
A representative for Demi has now confirmed the lovebirds are set to walk down the aisle, as she rocks a massive pear-shaped diamond on her finger.
As reported by People, they got engaged on Saturday (December 16) in Los Angeles.
Jutes popped the question with a bespoke solitaire engagement ring created by a luxury New York City jewellery boutique called Material Good.

It’s believed the proposal was ‘personal and intimate’, after which the newly-engaged couple celebrated at one of their favourite Los Angeles restaurants with their families.
Jutes first met Demi (who uses she/they pronouns) in January last year when they co-wrote her song Substance.
That isn’t the only tune Jutes is credited on, as he’s also down as a co-writer on Demi’s songs Happy Ending and City of Angels from her latest album, Holy Fvck.
Jutes previously described their collaboration as ‘one of my fave songs I’ve ever worked on’ in an Instagram caption.
He also previously said working with Dem was ‘a crazy milestone’ in his career that he felt ‘blessed to be a part of.’
Demi and Jutes are forever packing on the PDA and sharing glimpses of their relationship on social media.

On Demi’s birthday on August 31, Jutes posted a carousel of selfies and silly clips to Instagram, paying tribute in the most loving way.
He wrote: ‘happy birthday to my best friend. you’re obvs the most beautiful and talented person to ever do it, but more importantly you’re weird af and u make me cry laughing [sic]’.
Jutes and Demi have also spent the holidays together, sporting zombie bride and groom costumes on Halloween.
They’ve also shared smooches at Disneyland, celebrating Christmas Eve in the magical park last year and locking lips in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Meanwhile, Demi has assured fans they are ‘in a really good place’.
Having spoken openly about mental health struggles and addiction issues previously, the Cool for the Summer hitmaker told CBS Mornings earlier this: ‘I don’t know what I’m going to write about on my next album because I’m so happy.

‘It is a really good feeling, definitely a bunch of sappy love songs — for sure.’
Then, in July, Demi opened up about her relationship.
The former Disney star told SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up: ‘We became friends first.
‘We were friends for several months and then we decided to start dating and well, after we told each other how we felt.’
