Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) is a man on edge in the aftermath of Eve Unwin’s (Heather Peace) disappearance in EastEnders.
Last week, after Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) discovered footage of Eve and Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) kissing, he told Ravi to kill Eve and dispose of the body.
Ravi got as far as taking Eve to the woods but didn’t go through with committing murder again.
During a showdown, Eve made a comment about Ravi being tied to Nish forever if he killed her, which was enough to stop him.

Ravi then told Eve to run away and never return, convinced Suki and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) would be in danger if she ever arrived back in Walford.
In tonight’s (December 6) episode, the focus turned to Eve’s phone.
Ravi wondered why Nish still had Eve’s phone, pointing out it was a huge risk and could be traced by the police.
Just as Nish went to grab it from his pocket, he realised it wasn’t there – it was missing.

Nish and Ravi then spent the day frantically searching for the device.
It was eventually returned to them by Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy), who had caught Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) attempting to sell it on Vinny Panesar’s (Shiv Jalota) phone stall.
At Walford East, Ravi once again highlighted the risks that come with Nish still having Eve’s mobile.

Nish said that having it allows him to ‘keep tabs on the situation’, but Ravi challenged his dad and wondered if it was actually because he likes watching Suki squirm and worry about Eve.
Certainly bothered by Ravi speaking the truth, Nish handed him the device and told him to destroy it.

In the kitchen, Ravi grabbed a utensil and smashed the phone to pieces.
But with Suki and Stacey growing concerned, how long will it be until they begin a huge search for Eve?
