Johnny Depp is inching back into the Hollywood fold after attending the Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia last night alongside some famous faces.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor, 60, attended the opening night screening of Yasir Alyasiri fantasy thriller HWJN dressed in a suave two-piece black suit.
He accessorised with matching sunglasses as well as thick-soled dark brogues. He also wore chunky silver jewellery as he stepped out on the red carpet.
The Edward Scissorhands actor’s signature long, brunette locks were gelled back in a ponytail for the event.
His appearance at the event follows the culmination of his lengthy defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard, which he won leading the Aquaman star, 37, to pay him $15million in damages.
Depp lost his UK libel case against the newspaper and during the trial, Heard gave evidence to back up The Sun’s claims that he was a ‘wife-beater’.

The Hollywood star was given a namecheck during Indian actor Ranveer Singh’s speech at the event, thanking him for his influence on his work.
Receiving an award at the glittering ceremony from Sharon Stone, Singh said during his acceptance speech: ‘Wow! One of my screen idols is in the house, ladies and gentlemen, Mr Johnny Depp.
‘My good Sir, I’ve followed your work since Edward Scissorhands and What’s Eating Gilbert Grape. What an honour to be receiving this in your presence.
‘Thank you for everything that you unknowingly taught me about the craft. Master of transformation, versatility, something that I am inspired by you.’
He joined a number of stars on the red carpet, including Will Smith in a sophisticated navy suit and pale blue shirt.

He threw the peace symbols and ‘namaste’ sign for photographers on the red carpet, beaming as he entered the festival.
It comes after his marriage to Jada Pinkett Smith was thrown into the spotlight once more after she confirmed the couple had been secretly separated for seven years.
She revealed that she quietly split from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor in 2016 – before that bombshell moment Will slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars – and they have been living ‘completely separate lives’ ever since.
Smith was also rocked by claims he had sex with best friend Duane Martin, something both actors have denied and the After Earth actor ‘laughed’ about.
Jury President and Elvis director Baz Luhrmann also attended the opening night screening looking suitably dapper in a black and white tuxedo.

Basic Instinct and Casino icon Stone, 65, commanded attention in a flowing hot pink gown that took over the red carpet.
Similarly, Inglourious Basterds’ Diane Kruger floated past crowds in a dramatic, trailing black halterneck dress with an intricate lace bodice.
Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick posed alongside model girlfriend Amy Jackson, both in similarly gothic get up with Westwick in a detailed floral suit and Jackson opting for an opulent black gown with a glittering head scarf.
The Fabelmans’ star Michelle Williams kept it simple in an elegant red gown and sparkling accessories highlighted by her blonde pixie crop.
