Metro – Book fiasco ‘names royal racist’
The Metro leads on the news that a Dutch translation of Omid Scobie’s book about the Royal Family allegedly named a member of the family the Duchess of Sussex accused of being a racist.
The Dutch translation of Endgame by Omid Scobie has been withdrawn from sale.
Writer Scobie said he has never named the royal in any edition of the book and the apparent naming of the individual is in fact a translation error.
